How do I create an account and request access?

Creating an account on our website and requesting access is a simple process that allows you to become a part of our community. 

Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Click on the Account Icon

• In the top right corner of our website, you will see a small person icon. Click on this icon to begin the account creation process.

Step 2: Select "Create an Account"

• On the login page, you'll find an option to "Create an Account." Click on this option to proceed.

Step 3: Fill Out Your Information

• You will be directed to a registration page where you need to provide your personal details, including:
  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone
• Once you've filled out the necessary information, click "Create Account."

Step 4: Check Your Email

• After submitting your information, you will receive an email from us with instructions to create a password. Please note that it can take up to 15 minutes to receive the email. We appreciate your patience during this time. If you don't receive an email within this period, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at BuckeyeValleyEstatesHOA@gmail.com.

Step 5: Create a Password

• Open the email and click on the provided link to set up your password. Choose a strong and secure password and confirm it.

 Step 6: Access Granted

• Once your password is set, you're all set! You don't need to request access yourself. After your account is created, an email will be sent to you once access to the private pages has been granted by the HOA board. You can expect to receive this email within the next 48 hours. 

Step 7: Welcome to Our Community

• Congratulations! You are now part of our community. You can access the website and its resources with your account.

How are HOA dues calculated?

HOA dues for all members are a flat rate of $825 per year. 

When are dues due, and how can I pay them?

Dues are due on the 31st of January each year. Late fees will be added for payments received after the due date. We kindly request that you send your payment by mail to:

 What are the HOA's rules and regulations?

The HOA's rules and regulations are outlined in our governing documents, which cover topics such as architectural guidelines, pet policies, and more. You can find a copy of these documents in our Filling Cabinet or request a physical copy from our office.

How can I request approval for home improvements or modifications?

To request approval for home improvements or modifications, please complete the Request Form and submit it to the HOA office.  You can expect to receive an initial response within the next two weeks from the HOA President regarding any questions, concerns, or acceptances.
